Change button style in KDE 4.6.3

KDE - Jun 17 2011
answered
Question:I'm running Debian unstable with GNOME environment, but I use a lot of KDE applications. KDE was recently upgraded to 4.6.3 and from that time on, the buttons in KDE programs have the GTK-style like GNOME and I cannot change it. Changing theme or button style in "Systemsettings" has no effect at all. Reboot also didn't help. I did not see an option in GNOME settings that would override "Systemsettings" configuration. I haven't found a solution so far. Maybe someone can help. Thanks

I can install oxygen-gtk, but with that theme it doesn't work either (I have KDE 4.6.3 SC). There seems to be a general problem with the KDE settings in this regard, but apparently I'm the only one having it. I posted my problem on several forums but haven't received a satisfactory answer yet.

I'm sorry, but that solve my problem. It doesn't matter what style I use, the buttons just will not change.
