If you have a GUI and are able to get to the cloud via the localhost (127.0.0.1) or from another computer on the LAN, then your problem is that you need to forward the appropriate port (80 for HTTP or 443 for HTTPS) through to your Pi. Either that, or place the Pi on the DMZ.

I was wondering, if anyone here is able and interested to create an app to integrate "calibre2opds" as a web-service and file-platform? This way it would be possible to use owncloud everywhere and download/access eBooks. I consider that a very nice feature to think about.
